LaunchPad

Legal

Sub-processors

Last updated 5 June 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This list reflects the services LaunchPad relies on to deliver the platform. Some sub-processors are located outside South Africa and the EU (notably the United States), which involves a cross-border transfer of personal data. Confirm the exact entities, regions, and transfer mechanisms with counsel before launch.

A sub-processor is a third party that may process personal data on our behalf to provide LaunchPad. The table below lists who they are, what they do, and where they operate. See our Privacy Policy for the broader picture.
